LANDLORD SERVICES:

• ADVERTISING/INTRODUCTION - through the ever evolving web site, we can market your property. The most simple service is 10% of one months rent once a tenant is introduced.
• MOVING IN/MOVING OUT - After finding a tenant, we can move them in and carry out a full inspection/inventory when the tenant arrives, with a final moving out inspection/inventory when the tenant departs - this is charged at 40% of 1 months rent.
• FULL SERVICE - the full service includes moving the tenant in and out and collecting all monies. This will be charged at 40% of the first months rent plus 12% of each month there after.
• REFURBISH - a quick or more in-depth tidy up before the next tenant moves in, including re-carpet, painting, decorating, carpentry, general repairs - charged at an hourly rate

• We can add a tenant to a mailing list, allowing tenants to find the right property by informing them of additions to the web site
• We can arrange a removals company to help you move in and out
